    Date published: 15 December 2017

The Department has today issued Development Management Practice Note 24: Section 54 Applications.

This Development Management Practice Note is designed to guide planning officers and others engaged in the planning system through the legislative requirements associated with applications for planning permission for the development of land without complying with conditions previously attached to a grant of permission.

This and other practice notes can be accessed in the Planning Guidance section of this website.

Furthermore, the application form for section 54 applications (Form RVC1), which is a non-statutory form, has been revised and can be accessed at Planning fees and forms.
