Following a Departmental request in September 2020, Further Environmental Information (FEI) has now been submitted by Dalradian Gold Ltd to the Department. The submission also includes the provision of environmental information and updated supporting documentation in relation to these amendments. The Environmental Statement accompanying the application has also been updated, as has the accompanying Waste Management Plan.
The Department has commenced the process of uploading this information to the planning portal to allow public access online. A further update will be provided on publicity and consultation arrangements when uploading has been completed.
