The Department would advise that following a formal request made on 22 September 2021 to the Planning Appeals Commission (‘the Commission’) to hold a Public LocalInquiry for the above planning applications.
The Commission has since written to the Department on 09 February 2024 advising on the proposed arrangements for the Public Local Inquiry, which is as follows:

The Commission has also advised that the Pre-Inquiry meeting and the Public Local Inquiry are to be held in the Strule Arts Centre in Omagh on the above-mentioned dates.
