The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Waiting Restrictions (Newtownhamilton) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021.

Consultation description

The Order will introduce a no waiting restriction between 8.30 am and 6.15 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Dundalk Street, Newtownhamilton. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

Inspecting the proposal

Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at:

DfI Roads Southern Division,
Newry Section Office,
2 Springhill Road,
Carnbane,
Newry.

During the current Covid-19 emergency, access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period stated above, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing tnindcraigavon@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
