The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled the Waiting Restrictions (Clogher) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022.

Consultation description

The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Ballymagowan Road, Clogher. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at DfI Roads Western Division, Network Development, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, BT79 7AF.

Due to ongoing Covid-19 guidance, access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 028 8225 4085.

Making an objection

Any person may, within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
