The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.

Consultation description
The effect of the Order would be to abandon an area of 1,292 square metres of road at Old Bog Road, Moy from its southern junction with Armagh Road extending for a distance of 285 metres in a north-westerly direction, and to stop-up Old Bog Road to vehicular traffic at its southern junction with Armagh Road, after completion of such works as the Department considers necessary to provide alternative facilities for road traffic.
Inspecting the proposal
The area of road proposed to be abandoned and the road proposed to be stopped-up are delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 13th August 2026 to 21st September 2026 at-

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the email address below or by telephone on 0300 200 7899 during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at-
