    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled the Roads (Speed Limit) (No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025.

    Consultation description

    The Order will–
    • apply a 30 miles per hour speed limit to a length of Drumbo Road, Drumbo;
    • apply a 40 miles per hour speed limit to a length of McKinstry Road and Wilmar Road, Derriaghy;
    • de-restrict a length of Gardiners Cross Road, Enniskillen so that the national speed limit applies; and
    • revoke a number of other speed limits relating to McKinstry Road and Wilmar Road, Derriaghy and Drumbo Road, Drumbo.
    Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

    Inspecting the proposal
    Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department’s DfI TRAM Eastern Division, Network Traffic, Hydebank House, 4a Hospital Road, Ballydollaghan, Belfast, BT8 8JL or by email to traffic.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk and DfI TRAM Western Division, Enniskillen Section Office, Castle Barracks, Enniskillen or by email to trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk
    Inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the office e-mail address above or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 0300 200 7899.
