Summary
The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Roads (Speed Limit) (No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026.
The Order will-
•
apply a 30 miles per hour speed limit to a length of Glenlevan Road and Tonnagh Road, Derrygonnelly; and
•
apply a 40 miles per hour speed limit to a length of Ballymaconaghy Road and Comber Road, Castlereagh, and Tonnagh Road, Derrygonnelly.
Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the email addresses below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 0300 200 7899.
Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the DfI TRAM addresses above or by emailing traffic.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or TrafficWestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
