Notice is hereby given that under Article 65 of the Roads (NI) Order 1993, that the Department for Infrastructure proposes to introduce flat topped road humps on U943 Whites Road, Cabragh.

Consultation description
The flat topped, full road width humps will be constructed in accordance with the Road Humps Regulations (NI) 1999, other features will be constructed in accordance with the Traffic Calming Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995.
The scheme will consist of flat-topped humps, approximately 4.1 metres long, of various road widths and 75mm high, at the following approximate locations:
• Adjacent to No 8/9 Whites Road
• Adjacent to No 12/15 Whites Road
• Adjacent to No 16/17 Whites Road
• Adjacent to No 30 Whites Road
Making an objection
Objections or other representations may be made in writing to the Department for Infrastructure, Roads, Network Development Section, County Hall, Omagh, BT79 7AF, within the stated period.
