Consultation description
The purpose of these Regulations is to implement for Northern Ireland, Council Directive 2011/92/EU (as amended by Council Directive 2014/52/EU) in the assessment of certain public and private projects on the environment, in respect of certain harbour works.
The Department is keen to hear the views of as many interested individuals or groups as possible to its proposals. If you are interested in making your views known a copy of the consultation can be obtained from:
