The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting between:-
- 8.30 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. and 1.45 pm to 3.15 pm on a length of Scrabo Road, Newtownards at Model Primary School; and
- 8.30 am to 9.15 am and 1.30 pm to 3.15 pm on a length of Islandmagee Road, Whitehead at Whitehead Primary School.
The prohibitions will operate Monday to Friday inclusive between 31st August and 30th June. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibitions in certain circumstances.
Inspecting the proposal
Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with maps showing the roads involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period stated at:

- DfI Roads Southern Division, Traffic Management Section, Rathkeltair House, Downpatrick, BT30 6AJ or email tnindownpatrick@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk.
During the current Covid-19 emergency, access to buildings is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the office e-mail addresses above or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.
Making an objection
Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
