    Summary

    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Prohibition of Right-Hand Turn (Carrickfergus) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025.
    The Order will prohibit vehicles proceeding in a south-easterly direction along North Street, Carrickfergus from making a right-hand turn into Market Place.
    The Order will also revoke and re-enact certain other prohibitions of right-hand turns in Carrickfergus.

    Consultation description

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the roads involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at DfI Roads Northern Division, Traffic Management Section, County Hall, 182 Galgorm Road, Ballymena, BT42 1QG.

    Inspecting the proposal
    Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the dfi roads email address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 0300 200 7899.
