    Consultation description

    The Order will authorise lengths of Downpatrick Street, Saintfield for use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between the hours of 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm on the days Monday to Saturday inclusive parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to a parking place prohibited until 1 hour has expired. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

    Inspecting the proposal

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at:

    Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

    Making an objection

    Any person may, before 18 October 2024, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing tninddownpatrick@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
