Consultation description
The Order will –
- authorise lengths of Belmore Street, Church Street, Darling Street, East Bridge Street, High Street, Paget Square, Regal Pass and Townhall Street, Enniskillen for the use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive, parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to the parking place prohibited until 2 hours has expired. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions in certain circumstances.
- authorise lengths of Belmore Street, Church Street, Darling Street, East Bridge Street, High Street and Townhall Street, Enniskillen for the use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between 1.00 pm and 7.00 pm Monday to Friday inclusive and between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm Saturday, parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to a parking place prohibited until 2 hours has expired. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions in certain circumstances.
- provide loading bays in Belmore Street, Church Street, Darling Street, East Bridge Street, High Street and Townhall Street, Enniskillen for the loading and unloading of goods from any vehicle between 8.00 am and 1.00 pm Monday to Friday inclusive. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions in certain circumstances.
- prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Belmore Street, Church Street, Darling Street, East Bridge Street, Halls Lane, High Street, Paget Square, Regal Pass, Townhall Street and Wesley Street, Enniskillen (loading and unloading permitted) and on a length of East Bridge Street, Enniskillen (loading and unloading not permitted). Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
- apply a clearway restriction to both sides of a length of High Street and Townhall Street, Enniskillen. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
The Order will also revoke and re-enact certain other parking places, loading bays and waiting restrictions in Enniskillen.
