Inspecting the proposal

The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) on both sides of a length of Portaferry Road, Newtownards. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.  

Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours before 22 November 2019 at

Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at:
