The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Newtownabbey) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Newtownabbey) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021.


Consultation description

The Order will introduce a no waiting restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Old Manse Road, Newtownabbey between 8.30 am and 10.00 am and 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive between 31st August and 30th June (excluding Public Holidays). Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

Making an objection

Any person may, within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing stating the grounds for objection.
