Consultation description
The Order will reduce the length of the existing parking place on Asylum Road, Derry/Londonderry. It will also authorise lengths of Barry Street and Duke Street Derry/Londonderry for use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive, parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to a parking place prohibited for 1 hour. The Order will also prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Winchester Park, Derry/Londonderry and prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) on lengths of Bay Road Derry/Londonderry. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and prohibitions in certain circumstances.

Inspecting the proposals
Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone on 0300 200 7899 during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).
Making an objection
