Consultation description
The Order will authorise a length of Carlisle Road and Spencer Road and lengths of The Diamond, Derry/Londonderry for the use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive, parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to the parking place prohibited until 1 hour has expired.
The Order will also extend the length of no waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) on Fountain Street, Derry/Londonderry.
Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and prohibition in certain circumstances.
Inspecting the proposals
Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with maps showing the roads involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at DfI TRAM Western Division, Traffic Management, 1 Crescent Road, Derry/Londonderry, or viewed online at www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/consultations
Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the email address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 028 8225 4085.
Making an objection
Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at TRAM Western Division, Network Development Section, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, BT79 1AF or by emailing TrafficWestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
