    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.

    Consultation description

    The effect of the Order would be to stop-up Millmount Road to vehicular traffic at its north-eastern junction with Millmount Roundabout and at a point 86 metres north-east of that junction, after completion of such works as the Department considers necessary to provide alternative facilities.

    Inspecting the Proposal

    A map of the lands may be inspected during office opening hours at the offices of the Department as follows:

    Making an objection

    Anyone who wishes to object to the proposed vesting order being made must write to the Department at the address above or by emailing lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk before 17 June 2019, stating the grounds of the objection.
