    Consultation description

    The Order will introduce a loading bay on a length of Linenhall Street and on a length of Strand Road, Londonderry for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm on Monday to Saturday inclusive.

    Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

    Inspecting the proposals

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with maps showing the roads involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's address as follows:

    Making an objection

    Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk before 30 July 2019.
