    Summary

    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), being of the opinion that the road is not necessary proposes to make an Order to abandon 35 square metres of road comprising a former turning head at the side of No. 10 Coolshinney Park, Magherafelt.

    Consultation description

    Inspecting the Proposal

    The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours before 15th January 2020 at:

    DfI Roads and Rivers Western Division,
    Loughry (Ground Floor),
    49 Tullywiggan Road,
    Cookstown

    Making an objection

    Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing dfiroads.western@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
