The Control of Traffic (Londonderry) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Control of Traffic (Londonderry) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020.


Consultation description

The Order will introduce a one-way traffic system on a length of Police Court Street, Londonderry.

The Order will also amend the item relating to Police Court Street, Londonderry in the Motor Hackney Carriages (Londonderry) Bye-Laws 1963 (as amended by The Motor Hackney Carriages (Londonderry) Bye-Laws (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018) by reducing the length of the taxi stand for use by 4 taxis.
