Consultation description
The Order will -
•
provide a two-way cycle lane on a length of Durham Street, Belfast;
•
provide a shared footway/cycle track on a length of College Square North and lengths of Durham Street, Belfast; and
•
prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of College Square North and Durham Street, Belfast.
The Order will also revoke certain existing provisions for cycle tracks and no waiting at any time prohibitions on College Square North and Durham Street, Belfast.
Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.

Inspection of the draft Order and maps is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email to activetravel.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 0300 200 7899.
Making an objection
Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing activetravel.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
