The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, proposes to make an order to abandon an area of 3.328 square metres of footway adjacent to the Errigle Inn, Ormeau Road, Belfast.

Inspecting the Proposal

The area of footway proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours before 14 February 2020 at:

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or emailing lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
