The Panel’s scope reflected the hard infrastructure which falls within the remit of the Department for Infrastructure. Since their first meeting on the 25 August 2020, the Panel have engaged with a number of key stakeholder groups via written evidence gathering and virtual engagement sessions.
The Panel have also considered global best practice and engaged with a number of other Infrastructure authorities. The Panel’s final report was submitted to the Minister on 2 October 2020, setting out a number of detailed findings and recommendations in respect of infrastructure delivery and planning here.
