Third Party Statements of Case, Rebuttal Statements and Statements of Evidence have been allocated a number by the Department for Infrastructure (Planning). Third Parties who both submitted a SoC, a Rebuttal Statement and a Statement of Evidence will have corresponding letters eg. SoC A and Rebuttal A and Statement of Evidence A will have been submitted by the same individual.
