Road Network and Condition
Our statistical practice is regulated by the Office for Statistics Regulation (OSR)
The OSR recently commenced an assessment of Road Network and Condition Statistics to potentially assess these statistics as accredited official statistics. Given that these statistics are relatively new and that further developments are planned, the OSR has decided to pause the assessment process. You can read their letter outlining their findings here . If you would like any further information about this outcome you can contact us at asrb@nisra.gov.uk, or contact the OSR at regulation@statistics.gov.uk.
We would like to thank those who provided feedback to the OSR as part of the assessment process. A summary of this feedback will be considered by the statistical team when developing future publications.
