    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Whitla Street, Belfast (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020”, (S.R. 2020 No. 181), which comes into operation on 7 October 2020.

    The Rule abandons an area of 608 square metres of former road comprising of a planted area and car park at Whitla Street, Belfast.

    During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) either by email to lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
