The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Waiting Restrictions (Saintfield) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023” (S.R. 2023 No. 119) which comes into operation on 6 September 2023.
The Rule will introduce a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Listooder Road, Saintfield.
Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
It will also update the definition of “postal packet” and “universal service provider” in The Waiting Restrictions (Saintfield) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017.
