The Waiting Restrictions (Portadown) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015

The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Waiting Restrictions (Portadown) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No. 140), which comes into operation on 30 March 2015.
The rule will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on lengths of the unnamed road from its junction with Mahon Road leading to Mahon Industrial Area, Portadown (both sides).
Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and prohibition under certain circumstances.
