The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Waiting Restrictions (Bellaghy) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023” (S.R. 2023 No. 92) which comes into operation on 28 June 2023.
The Rule will introduce a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Main Street, Bellaghy. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
