    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Urban Clearways (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024”, (S.R. 2024 No. 208), which comes into operation on 30th December 2024.

    The Order will revoke an existing clearway on Foyle Embankment, Derry/Londonderry and replace it with a clearway on both sides of Foyle Embankment, Derry/Londonderry. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

    A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to mailto:trafficwestern@infrastructure-in-gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
