The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The University Road, Belfast (Footway) (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023” (S.R. 2023 No.159) which comes into operation on 16 November 2023.
The effect of the rule is to abandon an area of 26.5 square metres of footway in front of No. 29 University Road, Belfast.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to transportlegislationbranch@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
