In February to April 2022, the Department carried out a consultation on one of those routes, the Sydenham to Holywood Walking, Wheeling and Cycling Paths.
The outcomes of the consultation are now available.
The Belfast Cycling Network Delivery Plan was published in March 2022. This sets out plans for the implementation of coherent, connected and safe cycling routes for everyday cycling in the city over the period 2022-31.
