Street works information leaflet

This leaflet provides information about utilities, such as NIE, BT, Phoenix Natural Gas, Firmus Energy, Virgin Media and NI Water, who have a statutory right to lay or maintain their apparatus over and under public roads.  This is also referred to as information about Road openings by utility companies.
