Social and environmental guidance for Water and Sewerage Services (2015-2021)

The purpose of this document is to provide the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation with guidance on the key environmental and social policies the Minister for Regional Development expects it to contribute to in carrying out its role in regulating the water industry during the 2015-21 period. This guidance has been developed with key water stakeholders through structures set out in the Water Stakeholders Partnership Agreement.
