Section 75 Screening Analysis Form - Residents' Parking

To provide guidance on the provision of residents’ parking schemes on roads under Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation (NI) Order 1997.  This revision makes improvements in terms of Blue Badge parking and increases the numbers of visitors permits available in areas where a ‘free scheme’ is being provided.
