Screening form - Railways (Safety Management) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

The proposed Railways (Safety Management) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 (the amendment Regulations) are being introduced to amend an earlier set of Regulations, the Railways (Safety Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (the 2006 Regulations).  The Department needs to amend Annex 3 of the 2006 Regulations to take account of the amendments proposed by the European Commission Directive issued on 10 July 2014 (2014/88/EU).
