    A change to passporting arrangements for the concessionary fares scheme whereby those eligible for disability benefits are automatically entitled to a SmartPass which entitles the user to half fare travel concessions on public transport.By adding, as a passported benefit, receipt of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit to the eligibility criteria this change will ensure continued eligibility for those in receipt of disability benefits.
