Rural Transport Fund – Dial-a-Lift Service - Screening form

The primary objective of the Rural Transport Fund (RTF) is to support transport services designed to give people in rural areas improved access to work, education, healthcare, shopping and recreational activities, thereby assisting in in reducing their social isolation.
