    The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Roads (Speed Limit) (No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024” (S.R. 2024 No. 11) which comes into operation on 19 February 2024.

    The Rule will apply a 20, 30, 40 and 50 miles per hour speed limits to lengths of road in Ballygawley, Dungannon and Newmills and de-restrict lengths of the A4 dual carriageway and associated link roads in Ballygawley.

    A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to transportlegislationbranch@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
