The Road Transport (Working Time) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012

The purpose of these Regulations is to bring self-employed drivers into the scope of Directive 2002/15/EC which establishes minimum requirements in relation to the organisation of working time in order to improve the health and safety protection of persons performing mobile road transport activities and to improve road safety and align conditions of competition.
