The effect of the order is to permit the Cookstown Motor Club as promoter of the POC NI Oils Stages Rally 2015 to use for that event certain roads by suspending the right of way of other traffic at various times on 25 July 2015.
The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Road Races (POC NI Oils Stages Rally) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No. 291) which will come into operation on 24 July 2015.
