The effect of the Rule is to permit the Ulster Automobile Club Ltd as promoter of the Craigantlet Hill Climb to use for that event certain roads in Co. Down by suspending the right of way of other traffic at certain times on Saturday 29 April 2023.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only.
