Reform of Driver Certificate of Professional Competency (DCPC) training and introduction of new National (N) DCPC card - Screening form

The reform of training is intended to add more flexibility to driver’s training by allowing individual courses to be split into two shorter periods and increasing the availability of online courses. It will maintain quality, be increasing the involvement of Department for Transport (DfT), and possibly DfI, in developing course content, and gives a defined route for former drivers to re-enter the industry.
