The Northern Ireland omnibus survey carried out in January 2010 included 4 questions to determine the current public perception of how safe it is to use public transport.

Details

The four questions asked were: if they feel safe; what makes them feel unsafe; what would make them feel safer and if this stops them using public transport. This was the first time these questions were asked.
