Police Driver Training Legislation Amendment - Screening form

The proposal is to amend Article 14(d) of the Motorways Traffic Regulations (NI) 2008 to include wording in the legislation allowing the Chief Constable to authorise Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) civilian driver training staff to conduct police driver training on motorways. The amendment would exempt PSNI civilian driver training staff from the requirements of the Regulations.
