The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places on Roads, Loading Bay and Waiting Restrictions (Newcastle) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019”, (S.R. 2019 No. 140), which comes into operation on 7 August 2019.
The rule will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Bryansford Gardens, Newcastle. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
