The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020”, (S.R. 2020 No. 312), which comes into operation on 11 January 2021.

Details

The Rule will combine two parking places into one on a length of Oldman Street, Cookstown and introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (loading and unloading not permitted) on lengths of Ballyreagh Industrial Estate and Union Place, Cookstown.

Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 02882 254085.
