The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Coalisland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024”, (S.R. 2024 No. 42), which comes into operation on 3 April 2024.

Details

The Rule will-

  • provide a loading bay on a length of Main Street, Coalisland for the loading and unloading of goods from any vehicle on any day between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm;
  • provide a loading bay on a length of Main Street, Coalisland for the loading and unloading of goods from any vehicle at any time;
  • provide parking places for a disabled person’s vehicle with unlimited waiting on a length of Barrack Street and lengths of Main Street, Coalisland; and
  • prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Barrack Street and lengths of Stewartstown Road, Coalisland.

Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and prohibition in certain circumstances.
